It’s time to call out this corruption and admit that this minority group of physicians has been promoting mass male genital mutilation for flawed and selfish reasons.

Our society doesn’t respect the bodily autonomy of our boys and men, and it doesn’t emphasize getting their consent. Yet we’re demanding that they respect the bodily autonomy of others.

Mostly all U.S. States ban the practice of FGM as a criminal offense. But the country has not shared the same concern for the human rights of male infants.

Circumcision costs more than money, though. It costs your baby an important part of his anatomy, both in his infancy and as a future adult.

Tragically, infant circumcision leads to thousands of cases of injury and hundreds of deaths of male infants each year. Hospitals do everything they can to cover up these terrible accidents.

Millions of men and boys are circumcised every year due to threats of violence, denial of government benefits, coercion and sexual shame.
